The crushing rotor is consist of several horizontal discs and blades. These consist many stagger arranged crushing chambers. The air in the small chamber is elastic, can vibrate tinily and freely. When the rotor runs, the speed of peripheral circle can reach more than 84 m/s. The airflow velocity between rotor and ring gasket can be almost 55m/s. Because of the airflow impact, there will be 4000～15000 times tiny vibration occur in the rotor crushing chamber. And there will be a 140 DB audible ultrasonic wave in this chamber, and will cause 0.025 atmosphere pressure difference. Then the jet flow and vortex of sound generate the mutual friction and impact of the powders and the powders becomes smaller. The crushing rate and powder fineness is better than the impact machines.
