Working Principle

      The grinding rotor is composed of several horizontal disks and vertical blades, these consist many stagger arranged crushing chambers. The air in the small chamber is elastic. Due to the impact of the air flow, the grinding chamber on the rotor tinily vibrate. The indoor sound wave of audible sound of 140 dB, and in some regions produce the atmospheric pressure difference of 0.025, which help the sonic jet-flow and vortex appear, and promote the mutual friction and impact between materials into powder. The special-designed rotor of this model equipped with 2 blowers. The lower blower  produce jet stream to suck and speed up the material. The upper blower is the main blower and deliver the material outside. There are many layers of tools on the rotor, and the high-speed knife on  the tool can be replaced. There are serrated lining on the stator. Overflow pipe is above the machine body, and the unqualified particles will be returned to the feed inlet after classified by the grading rod and be re-grinded.
