Rotor and stator composed a closed crushing cavity. When the material is fed into the crushing chamber through the feeding device, the material is accelerated to rotate along with the high-speed rotation of the rotor. At the same time, the material will move outwards because of the centrifugal force. In this process, the material was crushed because of the strong collision with the pins which are on the rotor and stator. And the outer is crushed more completely. There are 3 layers of pins circle on both rotor and stator. So the material is crushed complete and can discharge the ideal and evenly particle size.  During this crushing process, a mass of air is sucked into the crushing area, which has the functions of cooling the machine, milling, and delivering the material. 

     The biggest feature of the machine is that there are several different structure of rotor and a variety of selectable screens. The replacement is very convenient. Users can choose different rotor and screen according to different material and fineness.
