The material is fed into the grinding chamber by the feeder. Because of the shock of impact hammer and airflow, the material impact, shear and grind each other to be smaller powders.  The ground powder will come into the classifying chamber because of the function of the upflow. The qualified powder will pass through the sorting wheel, be discharged from the discharge tube and be collected by the collector. The unqualified power will be thrown away by the sorting wheel and come back into the grinding chamber and be re-ground. 

①　This machine is vertical fine mill. The upper part is horizontal eddy high-precision classifier. Can simultaneously complete both superfine grinding and the fine powder classification. 

②　By adjusting the rotation speed and air volume of the high-precision classifier, could adjust the finished particle size without stopping the machine.

③　When this machine works under the negative pressure condition, has the cooling function,  low crushing  temperature rise, especially be suitable for heat sensitive materials, uniform product size;

④　The high-speed rotor of this machine is tested by precision dynamic balance. Runs  stably. No need to lay the foundation and install the foundation bolts. The mill just be put on the level ground and install the shock pad.
