A typical CaCO3 production line need to use the following equipment:
1、 Rough pulverization: we often adopt the edge and hammer style shredder.
2、 Ultra-fine pulverization: by means of GCC(drying method),if the fineness of the finished product required is 30mm, it can obtain the best economic interest through the lemon mill and the pendular style mill, if the fineness is 5~20mm, the ultra-fine ball mill is the best choice. If by means of WGCC(wet method), it can obtain the 1~2mm finished product by the vertical stirring ball mill in place of horizontal wet mills.Tthe wet style ball mill is also available, but its cost will be higher. Besides the filler and surface processing material , the paper-making industry have also the large demand of pulp CaCO3 ,so the veritical gravel mill will be a ideal choice. If the WGCC method is adopted, the content of the finished product less than 1mm and whether it need the drying processing are according to the clients demand, Our company can design the best program for you.
3、 Chemical precipitate method: the fineness can reach to from 1mm to 300~100mm by the way of PCC(CaCO3 precipitate method),the special limestone that the fineness reaches to 30mm after pulverization are carbonized and dried in a reactor after the kiln calcining and water-adding reaction. This is the purest and finest method, so its finished product’s price will be the highest in the market.
4、 Surface processing: The surface processing and the processing can proceed according to the final use of the finished product. Our company can provide yo with the complete sets of equipment of 100% surface processing.
5、 Classifying: Compared with the pulverizer which can produce economic interest, we have the absolute advantage in this aspect.
